o neills wetsuit advice

hey guys,

registered here to ask advice on an o neills psycho 2 zen wetsuit 4/3

i hear they are the business.. have one that im looking at and am considering buying.

what type of build do they usually suit?

what is a reasonable 2nd hand price for one in good condition?

im a noob... i dnt want to buy a shite wetsuit though... no point.

I have the o neills psycho 2 zen 5/3. Really good suit. Way more flexible than any other 5mm suit I ever had. I use it as a spring suit though. It doesn't fit the bill as a full on winter suit.

Almost as flexible as my 3mm suit! Build quality is excellent. I would say if you are on a tight budget get a 5/3 instead of a 4/3 as the 5/3 will last you longer into the winter months. I'm 6ft, 13 stone and I take a large.

Are Matuse suits available anywhere in Ireland yet?

Believe Matuse are only available in the states. The only critisim I have heard is that if you really tug them they can tear. For heat & flexibility meant to be the best wetsuits available.
Anybody any experience?

got a matuse last year through a friend in the states.

good enough suit though as noted above a bit on the fragile side. not quite a deal breaker as the flex is great. a bit cool, but especially when shortboarding the extra paddleing you are doing usually will keep you warmer.... ie you can move more so you want to so you do so you stay warmer....

worth price not really sure... if i was doing it again proably would buy an excel.
